Below you will find some dates and information relating the courses offered but by using the links on the left you find further information for a specific course.

BASIC EXPEDITION LEADER (BEL)

2010
BEL TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT COURSE
Six Day Training followed by Two Day Assessment

The course is split into 5 sections and you MUST attend / undertake all sections to achieve the qualification
1. Sunday 11th July - Introduction and Training day, South Chailey, East Sussex.
2. Saturday 24th July to Tuesday 27th July. Four-day residential training, camping, Poynings, near Brghton.
3. Sunday 12th September 9.00am Training day, South Chailey, East Sussex.
4. Consolidation: ther are set critearia you must fulfil before attending the assessed expedition weekend.
5. Friday 12th November 8.00pm to Sunday 14th November: Two-day assessment expedition based on South Downs

Cost: £380.00 + VAT = £446.50 per person The fee includes Sports Leader's UK reistration fee and Insurance and all campsite/accomodation fees on a self caterd basis

Details:
The course is organised on the new scheme of training separate from assessment. You will need to obtain a1st aid award before assessment
Additional fees: food & travel.

CLIMBING WALL AWARD (CWA)

2010:
CWA Training: August 8-9th 2010, based in the South East but venues not finalised yet
Abseil Bolt on training: 9th August, Treejumpers High Ropes Course at Paddock Wood, Kent.

Costs:
CWA Training: £105 + VAT
Abseil bolt on: £30 + VAT
Additional fees: climbing wall entry fee, BMC/MLTE registration charges, food & travel.

SINGLE PITCH AWARD TRAINING (SPAT)

2010:
11-12th September, based in the Peaks.
13-14th November, based in the Peaks.

Cost: £115 course fee, plus VAT.

Details:
The prices aquoted are for the course fee only. You are responsible fororganising your own accommodation and travel, food etc.
Additional fees: climbing wall entry fee, BMC/MLTE registration charges, food & travel.
