Self rescue for climbers/advanced rope techniques:


Learn the skills needed to escape from routes, rescue yourself or other climbers when in trouble, or simply make your rope work quicker and more efficient. Mountain Navigation:

Often an overlooked subject, this two-day course aims to improve the speed, accuracy and efficiency of the mountain navigator. Different maps and scales, contour interpretation, route choice, timing, bearings, pacing and other skills are all covered both in the day and at night.
